CRYSTALLIZE™ is a research-based strategy system designed specifically for new brands looking to start-up, and growing businesses looking to drive accelerated growth and increase profitability. It follows a simple 4-step process as mapped out below, with varying durations of service ranging from 3 to 12 months depending on the needs and objectives of each business. Based on experience and research, clients receive guided workbooks, templates and recommendations for technologies that streamline and simplify business. Payment plans are available with agreement.

STEP ONE

Business Review

This is the first step in discovering more about your brand, business performance, and goals. The aim is to gain crucial insight into where you are and what you want to accomplish so that the work we do together is targeted and results-driven. The review consists of an online assessment and in-depth consultation.

STEP TWO

Strategy Design

Our work begins before the first strategy meeting. We spend time reviewing the information you provide in the online assessment, researching your industry and competitors, and designing initial strategies so we hit the ground running. We will work together for an agreed duration - from 3 to 12 months. Strategies are bespoke based on needs, objectives and areas of priority. This is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

STEP 3

Implementation

The strategies will not work unless you do. Clients who implement the strategies we design have seen results ranging from more clarity to more focus, better systems and processes, better team engagement, better communication, stronger leadership, cost savings, increased profitability, better partnerships, confident negotiation, and much more. We work with you every step of the way. We can support you with our team or you can assign your own team to implement with guidance of our consultants.

Growth stage have navigated the intense start-up stage and are now generating revenue and growing their client base. At this stage, we help you fine-tune your business model, identify operational inefficiencies and analyse key profit/business drivers so we can come up with strategies to grow these profit drivers with the least costs.
