Meet Noreen

Sought-after Global Strategic Advisor, Angel Investor, Tech Entrepreneur and Keynote Speaker, Noreen is a strategic thinker and leader who sees big-picture and pioneers and leads the way in starting new businesses, enterprises, or ministries. She advises CEOs, boards and governments on strategies that drive accelerated and sustainable growth and development in different sectors. She also facilitates business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) negotiations for trade, investment and revenue growth whilst developing systems, processes and frameworks to maximise efficiency, sustainability and profitability.

Noreen's background encompasses 15 years' experience working at various Fortune 100 companies in London, and incorporates the private and voluntary sectors working in various industries including: Retail, Sales & Marketing, Luxury Hospitality, Creative Services, Media, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Project Management and Technology.

As well growing her different ventures, Noreen mentors promising founders in emerging markets, and launched the Female Founders Africa™ initiative to help close the funding gap for African female entrepreneurs.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Noreen is a business missionary with a prophetic and apostolic calling. She is trained in church-planting, and helps bring structure, systems and processes into faith-based organisations to help them meet impact goals. She trains and advises faith-leaders on strategy, communication, leadership and fund-raising.

At the age of seventeen, Noreen migrated from the country of my birth, Kenya, to pursue further education in England. Following the sudden passing on of her father a few years later, she deferred her degree in Information System and Management to work full-time and contribute to her family's needs. She supported herself through professional studies and eventually founded Radical Leap International - now The Radical Leap Group. - whilst working full-time within the financial services industry, producing an award-winning radio show and acquiring Prince II certification as a Project Manager and accreditation as an Executive Coach. No stranger to the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, Noreen understands what CEOs, leaders, founders and executives go through and need when it comes to taking ideas from concept to reality, leading teams, managing multiple projects, executing strategy, handling stress, overcoming adversity, and balancing work-life-family-friends. Noreen has overcome financial adversity, health challenges and economic downturns to build multiple ventures and become a trusted international advisor to CEOs, boards and governments.
