Her background encompasses working at various Fortune 100 companies in London, and incorporates the private and voluntary sectors working in various industries including: Retail, Sales & Marketing, Luxury Hospitality, Creative Services, Media, Management Consulting, Financial Services, Project Management and Technology.
As well growing her different ventures, Noreen mentors promising female founders in emerging markets, and launched the Female Founders Africa™ initiative to help close the funding gap for African female entrepreneurs.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Noreen is an avid investor in the development of strategic leadership in faith-based organisations. She helps instil structure, systems and processes that enhance impact goals. She trains and advises leaders on peak performance, strategy, communication, leadership and fund-raising.

At the age of seventeen, Noreen migrated from the country of my birth, Kenya, to pursue further education in England. Following the sudden passing on of her father a few years later, she deferred her degree in Information System and Management to work full-time and contribute to the needs of her family. Born into a patriarchal culture that esteems men over women, following the passing of her father she supported herself and one of her female siblings through university and professional studies, and eventually founded Radical Leap International - now The Radical Leap Group. She did this whilst working full-time in UK's financial services industry, producing an award-winning radio show and acquiring Prince II certification as a Project Manager and accreditation as an Executive Coach. No stranger to the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, Noreen understands what CEOs, leaders, founders and executives go through and need when it comes to taking ideas from concept to reality, leading teams, managing multiple projects, executing strategy, handling stress, overcoming adversity, and balancing work-life-family-friends. Noreen has overcome financial adversity, health challenges and economic downturns to build multiple ventures and become a trusted international advisor to CEOs, boards and governments.
